Ingredients
Roasted groundnuts
Tools
- Heat source
- Double boiler –can be made using 2 saucepans
- Spatula
- Dispenser
- Moulds /Ice cube trays
- Fridge
- Airtight containers
- Aluminum foil
Procedure
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Add roasted ground nuts and mix with a spatula.
- Power the melted chocolate in the moulds/ ice cube trays.
- Put in a fridge for 20 minutes.
- Remove hard chocolate.
- Place in airtight containers for at least 3 hours.
- Eat the chocolate or wrap in aluminum foil.
