Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Gyendi Cocoa Powder
- 250g of magarine
- 250g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 & 1/4 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- Vanilla extract
- 1 cup of water

- Wooden spoon / Mulawo
- Sieve
- Baking pan
Procedure
- Mix the margarine with the sugar thoroughly.
- Add 5 eggs to the mixture and mix with low speed.
- Sift the Gyendi Cocoa Powder, flour, baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient plus the water and mix with medium speed.
- Continue mixing until you get a dripping consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the baking pan,
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes
