Shipping and Delivery

Shipment policy

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated on your order depending on the order amount. We ship goods via local express courier services or our agents. When your parcel is sent out, you will get the information via email. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information is verified by the buyer. Ensure to put in a correct and available phone number as this will be the method used to contact you by our agents or courier.

Delivery Policy

We ship the goods out in 2-3 days after your order has been placed. Therefore, you receive your order within 2-3 days of placing it.

Local Pick up

Local Pick up is available and includes no shipping cost. However, the product must be paid for prior to the pick up. The pick up location is at Margaret Grant Stage, Mutungo- Bbinna Road. The customer is required to call us on +256-774-680584 before coming for pick up to ensure that an agent is present to deliver their item.
